Thank you, the proofread was suggested by my supervisor as we've read the thesis over and over. Helen picked up on a few flaws and applied some minor stylistic changes.
The team here is satisfied with Oxbridge. We rarely seek editing services but our in-house member was away so we tried Oxbridge. The manuscripts benefitted from the copy-edits so we are happy.
I'm happy with the edit. Actually, the marking upgrade was really useful. I wasn't sure of the current quality so getting detailed feedback helped me make some serious amendments. I should be close to a 1st now.

Yes, thank you for following up. The proofreading, editing and marking was much needed... clearly. Helen left many comments and the tracked changes document showed a lot of work was done by her so I'm very appreciative. I will likely be back in the new year.
